Miami Location: Horrible horrible customer service here. Started off with us asking if we could come now for the appointment and it would take us 15 mins to get there. They said yes. Upon arrival the tech had a bowl of food in her hand and said shes going to have lunch and to come back in 30! You just told us to come and now this. We go next door for 30 mins. Come back for the services which was supposed to be for mani/pedi for two of us. They never asked what color or anything. I sat down and asked when i should show them the groupon I purchased that wasn't expired for 2 more months. They proceeded to tell us they won't accept it! To be honest, thank god because the place seemed dirty, no nail polishes offerede.. just got a bad vibe in here. WHAT? You are an empty business, i pre-bought the services and now you won't take it after telling us to come and then sending us away. Horrible customer service. They were telling my husband how much they made and it wasn't enough....Why does that have anything to do with me and the groupon you were offering and now not accepting. Needless to say we left and will never be back.

if I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the dirtiest salon I have ever been to. when I arrived at 10 for my appt the tech was just arriving and when she opened the doors the smell was horrible and the a/c was off. I don't know made me more sick. the smell or the heat. when I finally sat for my pedicure I had one employee on each side of me sitting in the chairs talking. Well not talking but screaming at each other in Spanish. Loud and annoying. Not a relaxing experience at all. They should saved all that for when the customer leaves. They did offer me coffee but I refuse to drink from anything since there were ants all over the place. My god how are they still in business. Never again.

Had a very bad experience. Awful!!! Nail tech., didn't know what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do, looks like she didn't want to work and had no experience!! Here name is Sofia. She didn't clean my nails properly and when she put the scrub didn't r rinse my feet correctly so I was left with scrub, when I tried to show her she had an attitude. I should of taken pictures she had left a blob of scrub in my foot!! I just canceled everything and had to clean my foot myself!!! It looks like she just didn't want to work!!! So disappointed!! The boss wasn't there, so I had no one talk to. So we return the next day and the owner was very rude instead of resolving what happened we where told to leave and was band from the place. Well I was never going back! But it was a gift from my sister so I wanted to see if she would help me, if she would of I would of give her a better review.
