Just wanted to THANK them and let them know how impressed and pleased I am with their customer service this past Saturday. The good review that I posted in YELP explains it all: ”Rey’s is by far the best place in town for exquisite finish on GUAYABERAS. Now I can attest that their CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES THEIR EXCELLENCE in dry cleaning. On a recent Saturday when my order was not ready by promised date (due Friday), I was informed that their laundry facilities were closed with no personnel on site and no way of retrieving the clothing until after Tuesday. I was very distressed. But Susy, the store manager, immediately promised to do her best to help me. She came through. She contacted the business OWNER who then went personally (after hours, on a Saturday) to their main laundry facility, located the order and drove it to the shop where Susy was waiting for me to pick up. They went above and beyond! IMPRESSIVE…this kind of outstanding customer service is rare. It is very much appreciated and cherished when encountered in this day and age.
