My pc was giving me constant BSOD and after trying to troubleshoot it myself to no avail, I decided I should talk with more of an expert. I came here and spoke with Frank left my pc with him and he in short time figured out the issue to be the ssd and repaired it fairly quick, he gave me some recommendations on pc parts that I inquired on, he is extremely friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. For any future issues I may have I will definitely be coming back thank you Frank!
Today, I went to Real Tech Media, and was amazed with how helpful, fast and thorough they were in checking my computer, I was greatly amazed and so thankful that, in a pinch, I can go to them if needed, would highly recommend if anyone has an issue!
Amazing Customer Service and Same-day Service! I had to fix my gaming laptop due to screen issues and they were able to fix it on the same day I turned it in! And the price to fix was reasonable! Shout-out to Frank for helping me out and caring about me as a customer ?
