Their staff is very professional and very knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with our outcome and we will definitely refer them to our friends and family. Ivan is the best. Very patient and explains everything until you understand. Everyone else that we dealt with is also very helpful and courteous. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will put my neck out and refer these guys to anyone knowing that they will uphold their end.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Hector from Rapid Public Adjusters, and I cannot emphasize enough how valuable his assistance was. Hectors professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for our concerns made us realize he was the perfect adjuster to help us in a time where my wife and I didn't know what to do and where to start.We had 2 water damage claims which he handled quickly, efficiently, and completely took out the hassle of us having to go back and forth with our insurance company.
