Had Miele coffee maker and QR did a fantastic job of identifying the issue, getting the correct parts and fixing. They had to come back after initial repair because another part malfunctioned and QR immediately ordered the new part, stood behind their work and repaired the unit… working great now. Great knowledge and customer service. Thank you J’esus and QR!!
