I placed an order for my mother’s 65th birthday and the flowers never showed up. At first I thought I had made a mistake(I’m not the best tech girl) and I quickly ordered and sent her more… this second order showed up and the flowers truly were absolutely stunning. I went back and looked and realized that it was their mistake on the first order, not mine, so I reached out to them three times seeking resolution and they finally refunded me. So, IF the flowers arrive, they are gorgeous and totally worth it…. If they don’t, well, at least their customer service will correct it eventually.

What a special treat to get these gorgeous orange red roses! Fantastic packaging and flowers ! ONLY PROBLEM, Card came with note but NO NAME! A little investigating I hope will let me know who to thank!

Ivette, from POMP Flowers went above and beyond regarding a recent online order for flowers shipped to California. I placed this order through a third party, Door Dash on 12/21/2022 with next day delivery, (two day in my case because of the time difference between South Florida and California. Delivery was supposed to on 12/23/2022 and were for my mother visiting for Christmas from up North. There was no sight of the flowers on Christmas Eve and my mother was driving back home Christmas afternoon. I emailed, originally intending to cancel.
