“I took my dog for a bath & cut. I was nervous because her coat was heavily matted. To my surprise, her cut was amazing and the left a fur on her. Well it turned out to be the best decision I ever made when I trusted City Bark to take care of my dog for 5 days. They went a and beyond. “V.I.PAWSITIVE PET SERVICE was recommended to us in our neighborhood, and we are very satisfied with the service. We left our dogs for 1 week, 2 Labrador retrievers aged 4 years and 1 year. The older one is very attached to us, very calm but suffers from separation anxiety, and the younger one is playful and energetic. We were thrilled; we had never felt such tranquility and security before. We received daily videos from Paul and Keii of the dogs and saw that they were happy and well-treated. “Fifi is the absolute best! She has been lovingly taking care of my dogs for almost 20 years. She took care of my previous “senior” dog, who passed away at 15 years old. She’s now been taking care of my two dogs since they were both puppies.Not only is she so sweet with my dogs, but she is super knowledgeable about their health. She’s been great about giving my older dog needed medicine when I’m traveling and always keeps their medicine schedule up to date.My dogs are always so happy to stay with her and absolutely love her. “I did a lot of research before choosing a new groomer for our pup, Ruby, and based on reviews I decided to check them out. I sent over her vax history so drop off was easy. I texted a pic of what we wanted her to look like and they did a fantastic job. We got a pic of her as the grooming was wrapping up so we could plan to head over. She was there for about 3 hours total and seemed really comfortable and happy when we got there. They will definitely be our groomer loving forward.“
