Nice dry cleaning spot in Edgewater.. I recently showed up with an overwhelming amount of jackets, blouses, sweaters , dresses & skirts.. i dropped off and all was ready in 1 week, considering the volume of items i dropped off i thought 1 week was fair.. all came back in like new condition! Kudos to the staff being super nice & dog friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I haven't even gotten my clothes yet but I can only imagine from the customer service what to expect. First you pay for everything upfront, dry cleaning and tailoring. #puttingthecustomersfirst. You get there and it's very difficult to communicate with the person. To my understanding only the manager speaks English and they never work mornings. I'm patient and English wasn't my first language either but when I try my best Pictionary, give them the pick up number, first and last name and number, and I just get a shoulder shrug and "wait for the manager" because the front desk cannot understand me it's a bit off putting. Excellent dry cleaner and service. I am a client for several years and they are very good. From a simple shirt to my suit , always good. The team is super nice and customer service oriented. Good to have them around !
