DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! After three roof leaks in as many years on a 20-year roof, we decided we needed a new roof. I started looking into Perkins in 2022 while trying to troubleshoot my roof issues. Their Youtube Videos are informative and transparent, as you can see and understand everything they do. And their quality was great. I wanted a company who wouldn't take half the money up front and not finish the job (not too uncommon for the South Florida area). Perkins Construction with Joshua Kaufman provided us with highly professional teams that replaced our 20 year old leaking roof with a fantastic metal one, repainted our home, and tore down our damaged screened in porch. They helped us manage hiccups extremely well and made sure we understood each step. We are VERY happy with the outcome and our home looks brand new. We highly recommend Josh and his teams.
