The home I bought 81/2 yrs ago was totally outfitted in Pella windows. Over time here, 3 of these windows had “fogged” up and were horrible to try to see out of them. The warranty was still good on them, I called Pella and was given an appointment to have them replaced. As of June 11, 2020, I have new windows and I can see clearly now! The three man team that were the installers were absolutely the best and were very professional and I’m happy with the result! I did have to pay for the labor, but not the windows.
