Pam is one of the reasons I stayed in Kendall area, she always responds quickly to DMs, and truly helps you decide what’s best for your hair. She also doesn’t play, bc time equals money and she be busy, so expect to get all that your looking for during your visit and if something is missing she’ll make sure book you on another day for that perfect finish. Pam is absolutely amazing!! I came in absolutely hating my hair and embarrassed of what had been previously done to it. Before beginning anything, she took the time to walk me through what would be possible and her recommendations. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with what she would be doing. I was speechless and beyond happy with the final results! Not only did she make me feel great again, she was able to do it in 1.5 hours.. Thank you for such an amazing experience, Pam!!!

Pam is such a talented artist. My first time going to her was like a job interview, she took the time to ask me so many questions about all the products I use in my hair in order for her to properly transition my hair to blonde. My hair is naturally curly & my biggest fear was ruining my curls, thankfully Pam is also a curly girl & included in her package was not 1 but 3 hair treatments for moisture- 1 prior to my appointment, 1 during & 1 to take home. Her prices are fair, she takes her time with you & never double books, I always leave her salon feeling beautiful, happy & like a new woman!
