Absolutely love here, Jessica is great and so gentle with her facials. I’ve been doing with them since 2022 and I have had no issues! Only wished they opened on Saturdays

Early January I went in for Botox and Dr. Rigoberto Franco did an amazing job. I wanted my Botox to still allow me to have natural movement and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I had a facial with Jessica and she is so sweet and explains everything to you so you know what's happening the entire time and why certain things were done to accommodate my specific skin needs. Jessica even followed up with me afterwards to see if I was content with my results. I can't wait to go back for my next facial. I love Palmetto Bay MedSpa. Highly recommend!

My favorite cosmetic’s place on Míami. Jessica and Bertha are so nice and take care of you with love and professionalism!!! My faces is back again after almost 2 years I had acne… but not anymore thanks to Palmetto Bay MedSpa treatment!!!
