My favorite cosmetic’s place on Míami. Jessica and Bertha are so nice and take care of you with love and professionalism!!! My faces is back again after almost 2 years I had acne… but not anymore thanks to Palmetto Bay MedSpa treatment!!!

I have been to the Palmetto Medspa a few times, for Botox and fillers and I can truly say that they are amazing! Jessica is so friendly and polite and very professional and makes you feel at home. Jaime did and does an amazing job in keeping me looking young! He explains everything prior and during the procedure and goes at your pace. My results are flawless! Go and check them out! They are convenient and affordable and highly recommended. They always have the best specials for every occasion.

I loveeeee this spa! Did laser on my underarms with Jessica and I am extremely happy with my results. I’ve always struggled with how thick my hair is and thought it might not work as quickly but Jess and this spa proved me wrong. Will definitely continue coming for more. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!!!!!!!
