We have ordered 2 pairs of glasses through Optiwow, and have been extremely pleased both times. Not only do they have a great selection of frames, but also excellent customer service. My son had a physician’s change to his script, and the staff at Optiwow rushed the order so we can receive the glasses before leaving for a vacation. We will certainly be return customers!

UPDATE April 2021: We recently bought some new frames from Optiwow again for my daughter - same Miraflex frames. Their prices are are still excellent for this brand, however they could not provide me with a receipt I could use for our vision insurance. (VSP). Their receipt just said "Optiwow" and maybe the model. I asked them if they could please add that these were eyeglass frames to the receipt and they said they didn't have the ability to do that. So my husband literally had to edit it using Photoshop. Warby Parker, meanwhile provides you right away with a receipt that is clearly designed for vision insurance reimbursement.
