This gym is excellent. Coming from very little CrossFit experience I can honestly say that the coaches here really go out of their way to make you comfortable and focus on your technique/form. The coaching, environment and equipment is all top notch. I am very grateful to have found this gym!

Great staff, great gym. Spacious, great workout and environment. Definitely a family vibe to workout at Nostra and I've been to many gyms. Barbells spin until your heart is content, coaches listen and help you on your movements, everyone is friendly and it's very well located, no crazy traffic around the area. Owner Gabriel is one of the best coaches I've had to please to be coached by. Definitely a recommend.

Nostra Fitness is an amazing crossfit box. Equipment here is new and the box is always clean.The workouts here are fun and the environment is friendly and upbeat. The staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and have truly helped me fix my form and gain strength. Definitely recommend!!!!!
