I'm extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and transparency with the company. The technician was very much on point and did a great job and finding solution. My A/C was not cooling and he explained the problem without lying and giving false information. Even recommended a follow up work with all their most respectful way, and not pressuring to do a work. We customer appreciate, honestly, truth, transparency and a great quality of work and good value for the work at hand. Thank you Norca for been a great company! I've used Norka AC for many years and it's always been a good experience. Their work is impecable and really honest, they don't try to sell or charge the customer what is not needed. I trust and will recommend.Services: A/C system maintenance
