Nine's Nails

This is the most unprofessional woman I ever came across!! She's a liar!! I went for an appointment, arrived exactly at 1pm, drove around because I couldn't find parking, finally found parking on the street, as I was coming in to the door, she text at 1:05 pm to say I canceled the appointment. I immediately called to say, (at 1:07 pm), informed her I couldn't find parking, her response, I'll call u back. I waited called several times (of course it went to voice mail. I text three times asking her to Please reply ifshe would be able to do my nails. I waited an hour!. Never again!!

Owner sent over Jania who opened shop in off hours to accommodate my time request I appreciate the customer engagement and eagerness to please. I got the basic manicure which was quick and efficient. There is a limited color selection in gel colors if you want fancy bring your own polish.

For being my first time I love it very nice people the owner was kind and sweet. Will not be my last time I'll be coming back ! Lily takes her time to make sure your nails are what you want them to look like .
