The men that worked on my roof were professional and respectful.The owner, Raisa made sure that the work completed was up to par and came to my home to inspect for herself. I hired new start roofing for my mother in laws town home. Carlos the general manager came to do the estimate and walked us through the steps of the roof project. He was upfront with us about the estimate and the condition the current roof was in. We then hired New Start Roofing to start on the work for the roof. I have not seen for a while a company that goes beyond the scope of the work to make sure that everything comes out perfect. The smallest details that I did not notice, New Start Roofing would point them out to me and make sure it would be perfect before the final inspection.
