Last year, New Horizon, was great. I was referred by a friend. Smooth process from start to finish. Robert was great. All communication was prompt and effective. No hiccups. I was able to review my tax return prior to it being filed. I was very pleased and immediately knew I’d be using them again this year.This year, a complete 180 from service last year. Maybe they take their customers for granted and only give excellent service to prospective new customers.Our email correspondence was so slow this year, that I reached out to my referral to see if they were even still in business. This business, although small has the potential to be a good business. However, the attitudes of everyone here, from the front desk to the owner is terrible. There is a total disregard for customer service. I've done my taxes through Fritz many years, before he left Noah, and he was always professional, even when mistakes were made. Sadly, the new ownership has lost my business and the clients I referred.

This place used to be well run. Unfortunately the prior person in charge passed away and now no one knows what they’re doing any more. My wife and I were due our refund on February 23rd, 2018 but they messed up in putting the account information and the money was sent to someone else. Now we are waiting for them to fix it and it has been over 2 weeks and we still don’t have answers. Do not recommend this place, go anywhere else but here. Frauds.
