Nerds Support have found an excellent balance between professional and effective service with the human and proximity factor. Whenever I had an issue, they were fast responding and they managed to make me feel as if they had all the time for me and that they knew (and they do, as they also remember my previous issues and comments, even with months apart between calls). It's a rare gem of a service! Very recommendable!
