Had to have some tiles fixed per an insurance request and Ivan was available by text (always a bonus for me!), easy to talk to and quick to resolve my issue. I then had another question about my chimney and he came quickly. When I didn’t need any work done, he was polite and helped me regardless. I’ve just had an overall very pleasant experience for a part of the house that is often a point of stress. I’ll use Navarro for any future roofing needs.
