The process from an assessment from Bill a Certified Arborist who was very knowledgeable and who demonstrates a passion for his profession to scheduling , cutting and cleaning afterwards there were no surprises. The on site supervisor Gene and his crew were great listening and responding to my concerns. Would not hesitate to recommend.
