Out of all the reviews I’ve seen, (Josephine Tokarev) one is top-notch — for 3rd grade creative writing. The drama’s impressive, but the truth is Johanna is one of the best, always respectful and worth the wait. Geraldine, the manager, is nothing but professional and quick to resolve real issues.
