I have been part of My salon suite downtown Miami for about five and a half years, and I can honestly say it has been an incredible experience. From day one, the administration has been kind, supportive, and extremely professional.
The location is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly situated for business. It creates a welcoming atmosphere not only for me as a business owner but also for my clients. Having a space that reflects professionalism and quality makes a huge difference, and this place delivers on that consistently.

I rented a Salon Suite here for five incredible years and had an amazing experience. Aksel and Lisa are truly the best landlords—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Transitioning from a commission-based salon to working for myself was daunting, but they made the process so much smoother. Thanks to their support, I was able to build a loyal clientele and achieve my dream of running my own business. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend this space to any stylist looking to take the next step in their career!
The suites are managed very well. Bathrooms & common areas always kept clean & tidy. The suites have good sound proofing if you prefer or require a quiet work space. It’s a great place for a small business to get started. The owners are very responsive & proactive with sorting out problems. They really want to help you succeed with your business!
There is valet packing at the building next door & some paid street parking in the neighborhood. My clients often had problems finding parking, so this is something to think about as a small business owner. It’s the only criticism of the location I have, otherwise it’s a really good place to set up a small business.
