Very quick wait time, very courteous, Dr was very professional knows his stuff. I take all my Frenchie to this vet and the only place I trust. I took one of my Frenchie to this vet when she was having seizure, they attended to her quickly and very knowledgeably. They made me feel very comfortable and took care of my dog. She’s has been under the care of this vet for over 2 years, and she has NOT had any seizure with the medication they gave her. When I call, they answer my questions and if they can’t they always call me back the same day. I brought my 12 lb shitzu/bichon here as an emergency visit bc he got attacked by a huge dog. The dr or vet tech was waiting with open door as we arrived. Dr Puron was amazing. He was very gentle and caring as he examined my dog. The vet techs were all good and they handle my lil guy with much care. They were patient with me as I was frantic and they my son back as they sedated our pup for x-rays. The bill was just under $1500 but fortunately we have pet insurance. Thankful my neighbor drove me here.
Excellent place, magnificent attention from the doctor, technician and front desk. Yesterday I had to go urgently with my little girl with poisoning and they explained the entire procedure perfectly. Highly recommended in the Pinecrest area. From today they will be my clinic of choice ?? ?
