i felt very welcomed here as a woman. took me in for an oil change same day. did a complimentary thorough inspection with my oil change and showed me pictures of recommended services. reasonably priced also!!

I have interfaced with Augustin, Cesar, and Nadir (shop owner) as well as other techs. They gladly accepted my warranty and made the process of having a transmission/torque converter installed pain-free even going above and beyond to get it programmed as soon as possible so I could be back on the road. Professional, friendly, precise and preventative. Checked my coolant, brake fluid, and in-cabin filter free of charge. Cars running great after the oil change and coolant change! Also had plenty entertainment (2 TVS with Fear Factor and fail army) and drinks + coffee. Edit: They fixed my hood latch free of charge! Professionals to the max, couldnt be happier with the services provided. Best shop in Miami.
