Miami Life Center is a consummate yoga studio. I first practiced Mysore style here in 2007 with co-founder Tim Feldman and then again with him in 2009. Many moons later their shala aka yoga studio moved from South Beach to the Wynwood neighborhood which is a unique neighborhood with many art galleries, heaps of graffiti murals, and an amazing vegan restaurant aka Love Life Cafe. I studied primarily Mysore style Ashtanga aka self-practice with Joseph Armstrong and also with Silvana. Along with more Yin and Restorative classes Yin with Wanda and Restorative with Dennis. saterday, had a great surprise of a substitute . of Mr "LEO RISING SCOTT". I don't know what the questions are. i know this man has a lot of answers. fantastick. I left feeling I had spent time well. and i am more having spent time with LEO RISING SCOTT! In short, a solution going on.
