I hired Miami Cleaning Service to do a cleaning on Saturday April 30. They NEVER showed up. I called the office 5 or 6 times to find out if there was a problem and each time I got voicemail. i left many messages even sent a text and an email. No response. I think it is common courtesy to at least get back and advise the reason for not showing up. Really disappointed especially if you have an occasion and people coming over.

I cannot tell you what a blessing James and Ulysses were they came in to a horrible situation. My aunt is sick and even before she got sick she has 11 cats that are tearing up her house. They worked diligently and within a couple of hours the house was smelling better. They were professional and worked with me to tackle the worst parts of the house. I will be using them again. Thank you thank you thank you Miami Cleaning Service.

I hired Miami Cleaning Service to clean a house we had just purchased and were about to move in...the house was actually already in great condition only the details needed to be done, cleaning inside the refrigerator, inside the kitchen cabinets, the baseboards things like that...I paid for two maids to come for three hours to knock that out (no furniture had even been delivered yet so it was truly a no hassle job). Three hours later, the baseboards weren't done...anywhere, the closets were covered in dust as well as the light fixtures and none of the blinds had been dusted either.
