My son had an exceptional experience at Metro Traffic School thanks to his instructor, Betsy. She is highly skilled, friendly, and incredibly encouraging. Her teaching methods and guidance were instrumental in helping him achieve a full score on his driving test. I am very, very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn how to drive confidently and safely. Thank you, Betsy!

I am saddened to see so many people having negative experiences with this company. But I am so impressed that I decided to go out of my way and write this review. Metro deserves praise. Because what I encountered sounds nothing like what I am reading. I have had great communication with several employees, I've spoken to at least 4 different people in my time of researching this company, looking at reviews, and making my final decision in which option fit best for my family. Although I will say, the clerks do kind of mix up info and it did take a little longer than I expected to be contacted to setup lessons. I was told 24-48hrs, contact was made 6days from registration.... read full review
