I needed to get my makeup done for a wedding and found Cesar/Makeup Factory through Vagaro. His studio is easy to find, right across from the Miami Executive Airport. He was a bit busy when I arrived for my appt, finishing up hair for a few clients. But I didn't mind waiting. He also has a cool makeup room and clothing/jewelry boutique inside the studio. And he has drinks and snacks! Cesar did a great job on my makeup and was very quick and efficient. He also had such a fun personality. Pricing was reasonable, I think I paid around $100 including tax and tip.

Let the photos posted with this do all the talking. Ruthy Rosario did an amazing job taking me from dark dyed hair to blonde in one sitting. Granted I was there all day but the results were tremendously worth it. She knew how to get me to where I wanted to be, and was able to fix the botched job I had done to them. She was very down to earth and friendly and it made the experience that much more enjoyable. 3 months in and my hair still looks great. Also the price was incredibly affordable. Everyone else I had consulted for this job wanted to charge me 450+ due to the length of my hair and what I wanted done. Ruthy's prices are phenomenal for the work she does. Love, love, love the results she was able to achieve and that. I finally found myself a hairdresser to stick with! Update: I went back after 3-4 months and wanted to go lighter. I showed Ruthy a picture of what I wanted to achieve (inspired by Cass Martin) and she told me it would be possible to get me pretty close to where I wanted to be. My hair is still healthy and long even after going through another session of bleach to kill off any orange left. Ruthy is a magician!!! She kept the health and integrity of my hair and has gotten me to where I wanted to be!
