“I needed to get my makeup done for a wedding and found Cesar/Makeup Factory through Vagaro. His studio is easy to find, right across from the Miami Executive Airport. He was a bit busy when I arrived for my appt, finishing up hair for a few clients. But I didn't mind waiting. He also has a cool makeup room and clothing/jewelry boutique inside the studio. And he has drinks and snacks! Cesar did a great job on my makeup and was very quick and efficient. He also had such a fun personality. Pricing was reasonable, I think I paid around $100 including tax and tip.“
