Xenia is the most patient, sweetest, and kind hygienist I have ever experienced. My son is autistic and she took the time to give him peace to show him all the tools and how they would feel. My son even did some x-rays because of how sweet she was with him. I left with tears of happiness feeling like someone was kind to my son even when he was difficult. I recommend this place for all kids. It truly felt inclusive and pleasant. The orthodontist team is also superb, my daughter has her braces from here and so far it's going great.

Amazing group of medical professionals. Have been with them for a number of years for different orthodontic and dental needs. We have always been very happy with their professionalism and treatment of our child. Five stars would give 10 stars if able to.

This in an update to my post in 2018. After going through the daunting experience of being on the receiving end of Dr. Rodrigues' unprofessional, unethical and negligent orthodontic services for our son, we finally resolved the financial issue. We did not pay another dime for work that had been paid in advance and I must admit that our experience with the new in-house Orthodontist, Dr. Phil, has been very positive and reassuring. I am submitting this review mainly for Dr. Phil who demonstrates dedication, professionalism and a high degree of ethics through his bedside manner and interaction with patients and parents. From the beginning. Dr. Phil was receptive to our dilemma and he treated us and our son with respect and transparency. Dr. Phil took time to explain to us our son's orthodontic progress during every visit and he demonstrated genuine care for his dental health and outcome. Dr. Phil is very approachable, polite and soft-spoken. I am compelled to share our experience with Dr. Phil because he deserves praise and acknowledgement. He provides compassionate, patient-centered care and ensures that both the patient and the parents understand the process and the plan of care. Dr. Phil's staff has been courteous to date. I am still not a fan of the in-house dentist because she has no patience for small children as evidenced when she treated our 4-year old a couple of years back. I am truly glad and relieved that Dr. Rodrigues is no longer at this office. I hope that she has taken the time to review these posts and performed reflective thinking about her substandard work ethic and negligence. Our children go to another dentist who is not with this company but we will continue to seek orthodontic services at this location as long as Dr. Phil is the one who provides the services. Thank you, Dr. Phil for turning our bad experience into a positive one and providing optimal care for our son that prevented dental surgery!
