They arrived on the scheduled date and completed the work in a week, complete demo and installation of a new cement tile roof! The coordination between their team members and Miami Dade County inspectors, which you can follow on the Buildertrend App, eliminated delays and idle time. Xavier was incredible. I had a major leak problem during the middle of a home remodel and he came to assess the issue the next day. Repair was done the same week. Incredibly thorough and professional.
We will be updating our roof soon and M3 is the only company we are considering for the job. Highly recommend them.
