First, I would like to say that i am not a gym rat. I am 60 years old, and i haven't been to a gym since High School.My girlfriend is a fitness person, and she came for a few months and didn't invite me to come until she was sure this would be the best place for me.i had back surgery in my 20's and just kept weight off to protect my back. i was very hesitant about working out.Four months later, here i am pain free and injury free.
