This shop's website promised an upscale, elegant, and modern arrangement. Placing the order was relatively easy. I elected to call to ensure they understood my specifications. Easy enough. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an email confirmation. I checked my credit card, and as it had been billed, I called to ask about it. The lad who answered was a bit brusque...but promised me they had the order. I asked for an email confirmation but never got it. So you can imagine my trepidation when we arrived at our hotel. The flowers had not arrived by 3 pm. So I called again, and they said they were out for delivery. They did arrive around 4 and were beautiful. Overall, I was satisfied. But I would suggest they improve their communication.
