I've just moved to Miami and found Le Joli Beauty. I was nervous about getting my hair done with a new person but Cesar made this process so easy. He cut and highlighted my hair and i couldn't have been happier with the results. He's kind and listens to exactly how you want your hair done. I highly recommend him and will definitely do my hair at their salon again!!!!
