“Carlos Tinoco of PHB Landscaping is the ultimate professional. He performed a complete design and install of a new sprinkler system, regraded/leveled our front yard and performed sod installation. There were no “surprise” pricing changes, he was always on time (and actually completed the sod installation a day early!) and the yard looks great. We plan to use him again for purchasing our clusia hedges, and design and install of planter areas at the base of the driveway and front walkway. If we decide to use landscape lighting, we will consult with him as well. We have recommended him and PHB to friends and will continue to do so in the future. They are small but mighty, and have a little bit of everything. They are always expanding, now they have these beautiful planters, and garden decor !! They are very serviceable. “I needed a big tree to be cut and couldn't find the right person to do the job until I called Javier and Mario his helper. Not only did he showed up for my free estimate on the day I called him but was honest and knowledgeable. I called him to make an appointment for Saturday and he said he would be here at 8am, he showed up at 10mins before 8am which was very impressive! Javier and Mario both worked straight for 5 hours non stop until that tree was cut and all branches and debris was taken to the front of my property! Not only did they cleaned up the mess in my yard but all 3 neighbors in my back yard that branches had fallen in their yards and Mario was nice and respectful enough to cleaned it!
