The best place to work out. Machines are always in good condition, and if they’re not, they get fixed quickly. Clean and hygienic. The staff is very friendly and kind—they care about everything from helping you when you lose something to handling small things. You guys are the best in LA!

I have been an LA fitness customer around 8 years . LA Fitness is a solid option for general fitness at a reasonable price, especially if you take advantage of the group classes and amenities. However, customer service, cleanliness, and equipment availability vary by location.

I'd like to thank the front desk and especially supervisor Roder. They all exemplify professionalism. Roder, in particular, is responsive to members' concerns and safety issues. Overall the facility is clean and the equipment is in nice shape.
