This Gym ? has a good customer service and a nice environment. The General Manager Sandra Silva has been very helpful and supportive to our team and staff. Has all the machines for a complete workout without having waiting times. We are very happy to have this gym for our daily routine.

The manager has really cleaned up this place by taking action against bad members and their bad actions . This woman decided it was her gym and damn everyone else . The face and body of entitlement on display here. Asked if we could use the leg press and in an arrogant and condescending way, she said she was using it . I took pointed out to her at the time that while she was telling me she was using the leg press, she was lunging around the gym with weights on her shoulders . No answer, of course, just a look . I stared right back .

Yesterday, May 24, 2024, I visited the site to make a change in my membership. I was assisted by Sandra. She answered my questions in an unfriendly manner and without interest in giving me a solution according to what I was asking. She told me that she only had two options and that what they had told me on the day of registration was not valid since it had been in 2022. I decided to cancel my membership because what they told me when I registered was that I could modify it at any time, which was not a fact. I could only keep the one I had or pay in full again to access another one, even though I had been a member for 2 years.
