Completely unacceptable experience at this hair salon! My wife was looking forward to having her hair braided by a woman at this location named Simone. The appointment was scheduled at exactly 8:00 AM this morning, and she arrived at this location on the dot. However, the hair stylist was not there as of yet. Naturally, she waited at this location until 8:30 AM, where she gave the woman a call. The woman stated that she will be at the location in 15 minutes. At 8:54, my wife gave her another call, and rather than apologize and/or offer rescheduling, Simone rudely told my wife on the phone to just go home! Not recommended!
