The hours of operation are listed wrong on this website and app. I’ve tried to go twice and both times they were closed. They have a small piece of paper in the window with the correct times. Please correct your website to not waste people’s time!!!

They are super good! There’s no hard stains for them! If they see a stain that you didn’t, they send you a picture to make you aware “just in case” they can’t remove it; but they can always remove them! Customer service is amazing. They really care for your clothes and for their customers. For example: I brought a silk blouse with a big stain and I needed it the next day. They called me to let me know that they were not able to remove the stain completely BUT they thought that they could do it IF they had more time. I had to choose between having it the next day or have it completely clean. of course I choose to wait and the stain is gone!

Lied about prices. I called ahead to confirm the prices of items prior to going in, and double checked with the attendant when I dropped the items off. I was specifically told $3.95 per blouse. For four pieces, 2 blouses and 2 rompers, I was charged $40 (the rompers were $15 ea!). I told the attendant during pick up that I confirmed the prices earlier at $3.95 on the shirts alone (I was charged $5.95 ea). She gave me a HUGE attitude and snapped at me saying "absolutely not, shirts start at $7.95." When I explained to her that I asked about the prices beforehand, she refused to answer me and said I needed to be charged. I will never go back there.
