I ordered my first arrangement for delivery today. I ordered the heart of the home centerpiece. Communication was great! I needed to correct the note for the order. I called & got the voicemail twice (I didn’t leave a message) but received a call back within 10 minutes.The employee was a man. Very patient. Had to find a florist quick because my daughter had a ballet recital near by. They were the only one that was open that early. A small place located in a warehouse district. The lovely owner helped me get a small bouquet setup for my daughter (4y), with her favor color (purple/pink). It was so pretty and the price was very reasonable. Came back in an hour because my wife wanted to get a bouquet for my daughter's dance teacher. She did an amazing job on that bouquet as well.
