Our dog had puppies of which we kept two and as we are still getting them house trained, the pups made messes on our Oriental area rug in the living room as well as our Indian hallway runner rug. Terry came and looked at the rugs and gave us so much information about the rugs before taking them to be cleaned. He is extremely nice and professional. It took a few weeks but they were returned today and I never thought they would look brand new again after all the years of dirt, traffic and now the puppies! We wholeheartedly recommend Hilliard rug cleaners and will look to use them again with our rugs in the future!

Terry was so polite & accommodating. He was ready to leave for the day when I called on a whim after taking a rug out of storage. He kindly said to come on over and that he would wait for us. He has extensive knowledge in his field, especially Persian rugs and he was so patient and willing to share his knowledge. He took the time to explain the detailed process of cleaning and maintaining the rug. I'm so excited to see our vintage rug cleaned and restored to its original beauty. Thank you

I have used Hilliard for so long I don't remember how I found them; I have never used any other to clean my beautiful antique carpets. Terry is lovely to deal with and he knows what he is doing with cleaning and repair. I just learned that they also deal with buying and selling carpets, and since moving I have a beauty that is too big for my new home, so I may be able to utilize them in another way, and I have confidence that it will also be excellent experience.
