I was apprehensive about trying someone new when I moved to Miami 2 years ago (having lived in DC for 10 years and being dedicated to my colorist there), but I took a risk and tried Alex. “I met Rubia by chance and she gave me her contact. A few days after that, I went through a very ugly experience at a salon where they had completely ruined my color. When I went to visit her at the salon for the first time, she told me exactly what the process was going to be like to get it back and as the appointments went by, everything was happening exactly as she had told me.
Today I went for my final result and I am more than happy!!!
They always treated me very well, the receptionist is great and super attentive. Her assistant is super good and she takes great care of my hair.
Rubia revived my color and I always take care of my hair as if it were hers.

I have to say that my hair looks so good and shiny. Both Bifen and Angela were great. The salon is nice and the service is excellent.
