Rosa is Incredibly gracious and friendly. She was professional and gave me a recommendation on my specific hair type. I initially went in for a keratin but tried the hair Botox. She talked me through every step of the process, her knowledge of hair processes and the chemicals that are used is extremely in depth. She has knowledge that goes above other salons. I felt very at home. She took her time with my hair and I left with the shiniest hair! I'm looking forward to how it looks post wash i can already tell it will be more manageable.
Rosa, is amazing! I love how she is honest and makes sure your treated with the best care. She made my hair from looking like a hot mess to healthy and shinny. She is very gifted and hard working. Highly, recommend.
