First time using the company services and they showed me that they are knowledgeable found the issue in no time and offered me an extended service, I will take advantage of that suggestion, thank you guys ??
I have been using Guisan Air for over 12+ yrs. Marco has always been my go to Technician! Recently Sunday 6/9/24 my smart A/C controller sent me a message stating that a high temperature notice was received. I checked my A/C and found that it was not giving cold air. I immediately called Guisan and Marco responded that he would arrive the next day in the morning between 9am-10am. At exactly 9:09am according to my Ring he arrived. He suspected that it was a bad/blown capacitor because recently with this High Heat we have been having in Miami this has been an issue for many customers. Excellent job! They were clear in the options for AC Units, coverage, warranty and prices. They got the City's permit in less than hour, they came the day after and finished the installation at 6pm with no incidents or drawbacks.
