We were devastated at the unexpected death of our sister. She hadn’t made any funeral arrangements. Julissa Ma at Miami Memorial Park listened carefully, with such empathy, and she helped us find the perfect spot. She coordinated everything with the funeral home, making the process so much easier for us. The funeral itself was perfect, and we are comforted knowing her final resting place is such a lovely one. I want to share the experience my parents had recently. They met with Charyna and she absolutely made the process very smooth.My dad is a very difficult person to please and she was able to make him happy by answering all his questions and addressing his concerns. My mom has always been afraid of talking about death and preparing for the future, however Charyna was able to talk to my mom and made her feel very comfortable with the process, she showed my parents photos of all the options they offer and gave them very helpful information for my parents to make a decision. Our family could not have chosen a better "forever home" for our loved one. Maria and Julissa displayeda high level of professionalism and empathy. The owner of the property came to physically give us his condolences. By far, this is the most understanding and respectful business in the industry. They have not lost their sensitivity to the loss of a life. The entire staff was very supportive in our journey from the very first phone call to the burial ceremony. We will forever be in debt for the "benevolence" that was provided to us during our moment of need. Humberto the grounds keeper and his team made the burial ceremony one to remember.
