Without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had with a tech group in South Florida, let alone, Florida in general. Chris, Ryan, and the rest of this incredibly talented team, truly go and went above and beyond of what was asked. They even did several extra things, that not a lot of other companies I’ve dealt with provided. Between peace of mind, in-depth and thoroughly detailed information, that broke down the issues I was experiencing, how to resolve them, just in case, the issue(s) reoccur late night/very early AM; otherwise, they answer right away and have helped troubleshoot over the weekends, when most don’t return calls, emails or messages.
