I recently visited the Franky Diamonds/Rich Diamonds store and was taken aback by the customer service and friendliness shown by the staff. I was able to get everything that I wanted without any troubles and will definitely be back as I promised! Best experience ive ever had buying jewelry, Franky and Jay are awesome, didnt rip me off on the prices , and actually made me feel comfortable while purchasing my new custom pendant and full diamond ap , gave me a great deal on both , i wont say any prices go and find out yourself !
