Force Physical Therapy - Wynwood

I highly recommend Force physical therapy! I have been working with Sarah for less than a month and I am seeing an immense difference in my stability and movement. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and listens to how my body is feeling to adapt her program as we progress. I can’t praise her enough!

I worked with Sarah Segan and she has been great! I injured my knee, and getting back to being highly active is really important to me. She always listens when I mention pain and has been great at helping me build back my confidence in moving again. She checks in often and gives clear instructions to help me reach my goals. Each session is adjusted based on how I'm feeling that day. I've had a lot of injuries and worked with many physical therapists, and she’s one of my favorites. I trust her knowledge completely and definitely recommend her!

I highly recommend both Sarah and Alex. They are both incredibly knowledgable and knew exactly how to fix my injuries / extremely tight fascia. Within one session, I felt better and could resume normal activity. In addition, they are both kind and considerate of their patients. I went into therapy with limited mobility and strength and have emerged stronger, more flexible, and much more aware of how to prevent injury and preform exercises correctly in the future. I can't recommend both Dr's enough!
